We do not charge additional fees for visits to the property, communicating with tenants, renewing the tenancy, protecting the deposit, copying statements or arranging and managing works with contractors for works below \u00a31,500.<\/p><p>We do not offer tenant find only or short-let services.<\/p><h2><b>Tenant Fees<\/b><\/h2><p>As per the Tenant Fee Ban Act 2019, we do not charge any Fees on a Tenancy starting on or after 1<sup>st<\/sup> June 2019.<\/p><p>For tenancies commencing before this and concluding before 1<sup>st<\/sup> June 2020, a check out fee of \u00a383 plus VAT will be charged.<\/p><p>A tenant will be liable to pay for any repairs or alterations or fees that are incurred as a result of actions taken by the Tenant (for example; if the tenants lose their keys and a new set must be cut, or if a re-connection fee must be paid to the electricity provider due to the tenant not paying the electricity or gas bill).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Landlord Fees The fees for our services are: Initial set-up fee: \u00a3200 Full Management: 15% of the rent which we deduct monthly for the duration of the tenancy.
